Hello, I'm Kim

My name is Kim and I own and run Fluffed N Buffed. I am a fully qualified dog groomer, trained, qualified and certificated with distinctions at one of the country's top dog grooming training facilities.

I know how to handle different characters and personalities of dogs, making the grooming experience less traumatic for them. I operate a clean, warm and calming environment for your dog.

I've been grooming dogs for 19 years, first in Telford and now from my grooming room at Shenstone House on Tarporley Road, Whitchurch.

Grooms at Fluffed N Buffed

These are the grooms I offer at Shenstone House.

  • Full grooms

Every groom happens in a clean, warm and calming room at Shenstone House, using professional equipment and supplies.

  • The right cut for the breed

Every breed has its own styles. I'll advise on the different styles of cut for your particular dog's breed.

  • First grooms for puppies

A puppy's first groom sets the tone. I know how to handle different characters and personalities of dogs, making the grooming experience less traumatic for them.

  • Rescue dogs and overgrown coats

Dogs whose coats are overgrown and matted can come in for a groom too, rescue dogs included.

Choosing the right dog groomer

Not all dog groomers are created equally. The service they provide and the quality of the cut will vary quite considerably. When selecting your dog groomer please take these things into consideration, your dog groomer should:

  1. 1Make the welfare and care of your dog their highest priority.
  2. 2Be able to provide you with advice and information about your dog.
  3. 3Be using professional equipment and supplies.
  4. 4Be able to advise on the different styles of cut for your particular dog's breed.

“Absolutely LOVE fluffed n buffed! Kim is so lovely and works her magic every time we take our 4 schnauzers to her. She spends no less than 2 hours per dog, which is great because too many groomers in the past have rushed and not got the cut right! I won’t go anywhere else, so I hope she’s not retiring any time soon!”

“My little rescue dog Emma went for her very first grooming session today. I'm extremely pleased by the way she was treated and you can be quite comfortable with leaving your dog with Kim. As Emma hadn't been looked after in her previous life, her coat was very overgrown and matted. I'm delighted with the results, and the best recommendation I can give is that Emma is already booked in for her next groom. 😄”

“We took our Yogi for his first big boy groom, we were a little nervous, but shouldn't have been, Kim did an excellent job and put Yogi at ease. Would 100% reccomend and will be going back again.”

“Love taking my two Colliedoodles to Kim at Fluffed n Buffed. They get the full works and always come back looking and smelling gorgeous. I’m so happy to have finally found a groomer that actually listens to my wishes instead of just doing their own thing.”

“Took our puppy for his first groom here today and he looks amazing. The service was fantastic and even managed to accommodate us on such short notice. We will definitely be back and have already booked him in for his next groom.”
